In the Calendar app dropdown, select Microsoft Outlook (Windows desktop). Select the the More actions menu ( ) for your calendar in the side nav and choose Subscribe. In the Confluence top nav, choose Apps > Calendars. You can always create a new token, though. Once complete you will find all your Outlook calendar data now available in the Calendar area of your PrivateRelay account.Pro tip: paste this somewhere safe because you won’t be able to copy this again later.

Repeat from step 1 for any other calendars that you would like to import.

In the Import window locate the calendar file you downloaded from Outlook.

Next go into Preferences and then click Import / Export from the left menu.

Paste this link into another web browser window AND change first word webcals to http.

Choose Obtain a link and then Create on the first option Obtain read only links.

Click Share at the top section of the screen and then choose the calendar that you would like to export.

Once complete you will find all your Gmail calendar data now available in the Calendar area of your PrivateRelay account.

Repeat from step 7 for any other calendars that you would like to import.

Click Import, it may take some minutes to complete the import.

Next click Destination and select the specific calendar where you want to import this data.

In the Import window locate the calendar file you downloaded from Gmail. This is done by choosing Calendar and the clicking the cog wheel icon to the right of the word Calendars on the left.

Login to PrivateRelay and make sure to create the new Calendars if you don't want your calendar data to be imported into the default calendar.

Extract the ICS files from the downloaded zip file where you will find the individual Calendars from Gmail.

You will then download an iCAL ZIP file.

Then click Calendars and then Export Calendars at the bottom of the list of calendars.

Click the cog wheel icon on the top right of the screen and choose Settings.

Note that these instructions are for use on a PC or Mac computer. The web client that we use is Zimbra, an exceptional product that has extensive support to import data from various systems. Importing your current emails, contacts and calendar(s) couldn’t be easier.
